Sidonna Foust was appointed Assistant City Manager in February 2020.
Sidonna has worked in City Government since 2007. She formerly was the Finance Director for Haltom City, a position she has held with three other cities. She also served as the Administrative Services Director during her government career.
Sidonna worked in the private sector as a Financial Analyst/Buyer for Valero Energy Corporation and as Assistant Buyer and Business Analyst for HEB Grocery Company in San Antonio.
She received her degree in Business Administration in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and her Master of Business Administration from Webster University, both in San Antonio.
She believes that great leadership involves the ability to motivate and empower others, practicing courage with integrity, and living each day with a servant's heart.
