Properly dispose of your household hazardous waste The fort worth crud cruiser will be at Haltom City Public Library on 4809 Haltom Rd, Saturday, September 23, 2023 From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or until the truck is full, whichever comes first. Proof of residency is required.
What’s accepted by the Crud Cruiser?
Automotive fluids, batteries, cleaners & chemicals, cooking oil, lawn/ garden & pool chemicals, light bulbs, paint & painting supplies*.
*LATEX PAINT collection will be limited to 20 gallons per household. If you have latex paint and need to dispose of it, you can dry it out by removing the lid or by using kitty litter or other absorbent. Once dry, latex paint can be thrown away with your household garbage. Paint must be thoroughly dry before it is thrown away
What’s NOT accepted by the Crud Cruiser?
Ammunition & explosives, appliances & electronics, building materials, bulk trash & yard waste, butane/propane cylinders, medical waste, asbestos/PCBs & radioactive items.
