Open Records Request

Open records requests are handled within the City Secretary's Office. Requests can be made in person or online, and normal circumstances dictate a 10-day turn around on those requests.

Code Violation

Haltom City Code Enforcement operates under the direction of the Department of Planning & Community Development. Code Enforcement is the inspection, improvement, and rehabilitation of public and private premises by determining the presence of fire or health hazards, nuisance violations, unsafe building conditions, and violations of any fire, health or building regulation, state statute, or city ordinance.

Lost or Found Pet

A current list of animals in custody can be found here. If you see a pet that may belong to you please call Animal Services during business hours at 817-222-7124. Use our online form to report a lost or found pet. This form allows you to upload a picture of the pet you have found or lost.

Public Works Issue

Haltom City Public Works is responsible for streets, water, drainage, traffic/street lights & construction. Parks & Recreation maintain our parks. Please fill out all the fields that apply. This form is for issues that will be directed to the Haltom City Department of Public Works.

Report a Pothole

Report a pothole to the Haltom City Public Works Department.

Submit an Anonymous Tip

The following form is provided to inform the Haltom City Police Department of suspicious activity, crimes, or related concerns that you may have. If you need to make an official report, please call 817 281-1000. If you have an emergency, please dial 911. Tips may also be submitted to Crimestoppers.
