Are you too old for our annual Junior Fire and Police Camp but too young for our Citizens Police Academy? The Haltom City Police Explorers Program might be just the thing for you!
Haltom City PD has room for a few great 14 to 20 year-olds who are interested in checking out what a career in law enforcement looks like. Our Police Explorer Program runs year-round. We meet every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Haltom City Law Enforcement Center, 5110 Broadway Ave.
We train participants in:
Traffic Stops
Building Searches
Patrol Operations
Defensive Tactics
DWI Investigation
and Much More
