Annual Budget Books

The Finance Department, in conjunction with the City Manager's office and the City Council, formulate a Budget Book every fiscal year (October 1 to September 30 of following year) by which all city expenditures are spent/allocated.

The city's budget process necessitates input from all departments/divisions and requires final approval (in the form of two readings) by the City Council.
