NE Family 4th Celebration

Activities Start at 5:00 p.m., Fireworks Start at 9:30 p.m.

noetheast tarrant family 4thCome celebrate our country’s most patriotic holiday on Tuesday, July 4th, 2017 at the annual Northeast Tarrant Family 4th Celebration and Fireworks Show.

This year’s celebration will again feature a free concert (8 - 9:00 p.m.) with contemporary music sensation Stephanie Lynes and the Contraband. Food, fun, and entertainment for the whole family will start at 5:00 p.m. at The Hills Shopping Center (mapped below) with kid’s activities, a salute to veterans, stage performances of local talent, and plenty of food trucks. Food trucks and vendors include B&C Snow Balls, Bayou Bites, Brain Freeze Events, Bubba Love BBQ, Chile Pepper Grill, Crazy Cowboy, Kidwell BBQ & Catering, Kona Ice North­west DFW, Rita’s Italian Ice, Texas Ice Cream, and Toadally Ice.

Later in the evening, enjoy the best area fireworks show with plenty of dazzling and stunning pyro­technics starting at approximately 9:30 p.m.! Fireworks can be viewed from the parking lots of the Wiley G. Thomas Colise­um, 6108 Broadway Avenue in Haltom City, The Hills Shopping Center, and 6351 Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills, while all the Family 4th pre-fireworks activities, starting at 5:00 p.m., will be held in The Hills Shopping Center parking lot. Parking will be available on a first come first served basis, so plan to come early. Vehicles will not be allowed to park along the street. Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and games for the family to play while waiting for the fireworks. No outdoor cooking or grilling devices and no alcohol or personal fireworks will be permitted. In the event of inclement weather, all festivities and the fireworks show will be rescheduled to Wednesday, July 5th.
